There is a new logging system that detects if the current user is part of the Administrators group. 

If they are not and there are upgrades to be performed they will get a warning message that Updates were detected but were not applied as the user is NOT an Administrator.

If they are in the Administrators group, Updates will be applied and also the information of which user applied the updates will be logged into the logging system.
