Are you still having issues with the Info-Organiser Error Log? If so, this may be the fix:


When Owner field is left blank in Info-Organiser SQL database - SQL logs grow rapidly and affect performance of Info-Organiser.



In Info-Organiser v11 and v12

  1. Go to Management Studio
  2. Open Properties of Info-org database
  3. Click ‘Files’ and check there is an owner against the database. If not type sa in the ‘Owner’ field and press ‘ok’ – see screenshot below
