The following icons appear on the TAKE UP tab on Info-Organiser (see image below).

  • This will add all the documents in the TakeUp folder ready to add into Info-Organiser

  • TakeUp is configured in the General Settings tab

  • Note: TakeUp documents are moved from the TakeUp folder into Info-Organiser. If you remove a document on the add document screen, it will be placed in the Windows recycling bin

  • Starts Auto TakeUp on all folders

  • Stops Auto TakeUp on all folders

  • TakeUp next set amount of documents
  • Image below lets you select how many docs you want to take up
