The following icons appear on the SEARCH tab on Info-Organiser (see image below). 

Icons & Functions

  • Opens a new search window (see image below)

       Advanced Search

  • Search Advanced by selecting the green plus sign

  • Then select search criteria form the drop-down menu, Document info, Date archived etc.

  • Drop down shows all searches saved

  • Select your option and click

  • Returns all documents in your search criteria

  • Any Search created can be saved

  • Once added in can be selected in ‘My Searches’ or ‘Shared Searches’

  • Shows all saved searches

  • These can be edited here (deleted, set to share etc.)
